Been on nitrofurantoin, cephalexin, and ciprofloxacin(last day) for uti. low grade fever past 2 weeks, nausea, little appetite, pressure in lower back between hips, rib cage, side and now have blood while urinating for 4 days. kidney infection?

See your doctor. You may may have a bacteria resistant to the anti biopics that you have taken . Good Luck

Possbly. You need to see a Urologist for evaluation and management as you should have responded to the treatment given and have not. In the meantime pl drink plenty of water ans take Ibuprofen (after eating something) Hope you feel better

I went to the er for really bad nausea, constant low grade temp, and feeling unwell to be told I still have a uti. Been on Nitrofurantoin, Cephalexin, and now ciprofloxacin. Have terrible nausea/acid reflux. Kidney infection or too many antibiotics?

Uti Macrobid 10 days. No help. Now kidney infection 500 mg cipro (ciprofloxacin) 2xday. Been 4 days still symptomatic. 3 days left on meds. Dr didn't culture urine.
10 days keflex for strep b group uti, still symtomatic and lukocytes in urine (bladder pressure/freq urinate/back pain), now on cipro, (ciprofloxacin) what's going on?
