Although i'm aware of the short term complications associated with ercp but would like to know are there also some late complications with it? can someone have serious complications 10-15 years after the ercp procedure?

ERCP is expected to have long term sequelae, much less at 10-15 years after the procedure. The issue that prompted ERCP could be active again. Wish you good health!

This year my gallbladder was removed because of gallstones but after 4 months a severe abdominal pain lead to a diagnosis of a retained bile duct stone which was removed with ERCP, no problem since then. Will that obstruction cause liver cirrhosis?
Can a forgotten CBD stent cause liver cirrhosis? I'm not sure if there was a stent placed in my friend's CBD as the ERCP was done 10 years ago. Till date he has shown no signs of stent blockage and no cholangitis as well. Any chance of Cirrhosis?
