This year my gallbladder was removed because of gallstones but after 4 months a severe abdominal pain lead to a diagnosis of a retained bile duct stone which was removed with ercp, no problem since then. will that obstruction cause liver cirrhosis?

No. It takes a long time of obstruction to do that. You'll be fine.

No. Avoid taking any alcohol at all. If you are overweight, lose weight. Avoid taking paracetamol. Wish you good health!
