With the increase in colon cancer in young people i am 31 and have dealt with seeing fresh blood when i wipe or on top of my stool i tested positive for home stool fit test. how likely is it from colon cancer! im not having any other symptoms?

Colon cancer is rare at you age. It is likely due to hemorrhoid if you are constipated. However, you should have a sigmoidoscopy done to confirm the hemorrhoid and ruling out mass. Unfortunately, malignant lesion in the lesion is usually asymptomatic.
