I noticed occasional mucus/blood only if im straining hard 3 times so far in a year & half. if i stay ontop of everything i get no mucus,blood or hard stools. i did two fit tests in a year, both negative. is it safe to say no colon cancer?

The only way to know for sure is to get a colonoscopy done. Blood in the stools needs investigating to be certain there are no pre-cancerous polyps or colon cancer. You are likely having hemorrhoid bleeding but, to be certain, see a GI doctor and get a colonoscopy. Good luck to you!
