See your doctor: Unlikely, at 25, for you to have colon cancer. Many pregnant women develop hemorrhoids. However, this is easy to check. Visit with your doctor who can look into the blood in your stool via occult blood test followed by anoscopy or sigmoidoscopy. This way, you can get to the bottom of the cause of bleeding and exclude the potential for cancer.

Not much: Symptoms like yours are common from colon cancer, colitis, hemorrhoids etc. I think the mistake you are making is of self diagnosing. You need to see a medical doctor and possibly even a colonoscopy that can rule out colon cancer.
