Alk phos 48 - 121 iu/l 122 h is this bad? it started at 101 in july of 2020. in march of 2021 it was 110 . know its at 122 . it seems to be on the rise and fast within 3 months?

These fluctuations are still within the range of normal. Remember that alkaline phosphatase is produced in bone and the liver. These levels can fluctuate normally from time to time and also can be affected by medications, activity. Your levels seem to be within normal range.
