See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual values. If you drink, stop that and you may wish to get tested for hepatitis. It is not a reason to freak out as there is no imminent danger to your health from minor elevations of these.

Hi, Bun 15mg(Norm), Creatinine 0.52mg(Low), BUN/Creat Ratio 28.8(High), eGFRcr 127mL, Alk Phos 72U/L, Ast 18U/L, Alt 19U/L. My Creatinine level (which keeps dropping) and BUN/Creat ratio worries me. Kidney, liver or any other issue I need to worry?

Would a high alk phos(255), alt(69) and ast(37) levels be normal after a splenectomy 1 year later? Also dont have a gallbladder? Should also mention I have celiacs and ulcerative colitis?
