Please see below: Alp is expressed mainly in bone, liver, intestines, proximal convoluted tubules of the kidney, and in the placenta. If liver ultrasound is good, then you are fine. But you can ask your pcp to check iso-enzymes of alkaline phosphate to know the origin.
