Alkaline phosphate: Should not usually increase that quickly. One concern would be for something going on in the liver. The bones are another source of alk phos. Another source is a pregnancy. But usually pregnancy does not cause such a rapid increase in the value. I would have you touch base with your primary for further investigation as to why this has happened.
