It is not uncommon to get higher blood pressure readings at a doctor’s office. You should take your blood pressure at home several times a day for a couple of weeks and keep track of the readings and what you are doing at the time of the readings. Then, report your readings to your doctor and take it from there. Your doctor can provide treatment if needed. Best of luck to you!
