Baum has cuffs 4 largest of arms`Bariatric Cuff. Ask Dr. to get one. Wrist device is sensitive to being at heart level when it takes the pressure. Seated, this is put in right place by placing hand with cuff so the tips of the fingers touch the top of your shoulder. Sit straight. feet on floor. Try both wrists, use highest one. Take 3 times each average the them. This is BP at that time.
