My question is ... wrist bp monitors tend to give higher or lower readings? i follow all directions when using it, just need to know if it tend to be higher or if it tend to be lower. it's the only monitor i can use at home , arm cuff won't fit me?

Properly done these monitors produce readings that parallel (are similar to) those of big machines used in a clinic.
