I'm supposed to take a pcr urine test but i'm currently on antibiotics. would it be accurate since i'm taking antibiotics? should i wait to take it till my antibiotics are gone. also how accurate is the pcr towards sti , especially mycoplasma?

It depends what antibiotic(s) you are taking and what pathogen in the urinary tract we are looking for. Generally, test should not be done when you are on antibiotic(s) because a negative result will not mean much. Urine PCR test is reliable but a urethral swab is required for Mycoplasma, I think.
