Hello. i'm planning to do a urine sample pcr test (abbott) for n.gonorrhoea and c trachomatis. 1 month has passed since the last sexual exposure. are the urine pcr's enough sensitive to detect these two std's?

Does ureaplasma urealyticum infection show up on a urine culture or a pcr std urine test? I had two urine cultures and three std urine tests.
Greetings! I have a couple spots in side my meatus opening that seem to fluctuate in size I'm worried it's hsv or hpv but if it was std related would it be small one day and bigger the next or would it stay consistent urine pcr negative?
