Infinitessimal: The PCR urine test for mycoplasma infection is quite sensitive. If your test is consistently negative, then you do not have this infection.

Generally an : OVERNIGHT (ie CONCENTRATED !) specimen is required. This is usually 6-8 hours...but the idea is CONCENTRATED urine thus NOTHING BY MOUTH.
