The data providing us with the 94% protection rate from getting covid (more from death) included folks who had nothing in the way of response along with those who were sickly for days. Many people have no appreciable side effects, especially with Pfizer vaccine. In the studies done, many thousands of people received the Pfizer vaccine and demonstrated protection against severe COVID infection afterward. You need not have a fever and muscle aches to have a good response. I agree, it's a little unnerving when the press and your neighbors only report the unpleasant reactions.
