I am sore and tender to the touch under armpit of arm i received covid vaccine. been 3 days with it. should i be concerned with this type of reaction when should it clear up? no swelling just sore and tender to touch armpit?

Neither unexpected or unusual, and typically departs over 3-5 days. No reason to fret about it, unless it gets worse, swollen, red, or associated with decrease in range of motion over shoulder. Should dissipate soon.
