Holter monitor 14 hours - 14767 pvcs, 850 psvcs ,4 supraventricular tachycardia longest 13 beats fastest 159bpm. echo, treat mill stress test only problem found was grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, dr. put me on beta blockers. what does all this mean?

It means you are having lots of extra beats that are not all the same. Diastolic dysfunction usually means your heart is not relaxing fast enough during diastole. This is most likely related to a stiff ventricle from long standing high blood pressure. If you have EVER had a low blood potassium ask to be tested for primary Aldosteronism AKA Conn’s Syndrome.
