Have it examined: If it is painful, it is best to have it evaluated. Examining it sooner than later can help with treating it more effectively.

Painful mole : Moles should not be painful. Is it irritated? Could it be changing or cancerous? The area has to be visualized by a dermatologist to make the proper diagnosis and to treat accordingly.
