Can functional hypothalamic amenorrhoea cause long term imbalance? i had it for 3 years, a 2017 pituitary mri was normal. periods back but irregular with t4, tsh, estrogen, cortisol low normal & progesterone low. is it long term effect or a new issue?

What are the symptoms of estrogen dominance/low progesterone? I am 44 possibly perimenopause. Spotting btw periods/clotty periods. Tsh & pap normal.
