If ENT doctor's note states central vertigo so who gave you the diagnosis of peripheral vestibular dysfunction. Was MRI of the brain normal and what do you mean by in vision therapy?

Try over the counter pressureze nasal mist twice a day. Also try over the counter flonase and allegra. All this helps with dizziness. Also Vision therapy really helps too. The therapist can have you do vision exercise that helps vestibular function. Also look for a balance physical therapist. All of this combined really helps. See ENT to rule out any sort of structural damage to ear/brain.
