I've been going to the drs a lot n seen ent over 30 times for a weird lightheaded feeling sometimes a swaying he said not vertigo or inner ear 5 yrs?

Have you consulted: with a neurologist? That is a must. The weird lightheaded feeling with swaying could be a complex partial seizure, and/or pseudoseizure and/or panic attack. Time to get an EEG. Push for telemetry. A 1-hour study will likely not show anything useful and does not rule out seizures.
