Now with me being diagnosed with bilateral varicocele the left being medium and the right one being small im concerned for the right because having one on the right isnt normal should i be concerned?

Varicoceles are harmless, except if they get large then can be uncomfortable or unsightly. Probably nothing need be done in this case, but see a urologist if you remain concerned.
