Testicles: Nope. One of your testes is dominant and produces enough of the testosterone you need. One is not dominant and only there for a back up if there is an injury to the dominant one.

No: You need not worry, but if you have seen significant shrinkage of the testis, repair of the varicocele may be warranted. Seek a second opinion if you feel the need.
