My hiv rna pcr test taken at 13 days post exposure result was negative. i am taking 4th gen ab/ag test at 28 days is the result likely to change or is the hiv rna pcr pretty reliable at 13 days?

It's likely the fourth-generation HIV test at 28 days will be negative as well and it can be used as a confirmation which completely rules out HIV infection.
