My blood test came back and i have slightly elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit. other than that i have no other issues. is this a concern?

How high are they? If you are living in high altitude or if you are fasting too long with mild dehydration, those numbers can be elevated. For us, we are only concerned if Hct is persistently above 55%. High Hb and Hct (Erythrocytosis) are usually less significant unless the other counts (white cell and/or platelet counts) are also high (polycythemia).

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual result. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
