Hello Doctor.I get Constant mild dizziness 24/7,like room spinning,no other symptoms. Saw three Doctors,Had A full Blood count, Kidney func test,liver test,all OK. Only Haemoglobin,Hct abit lower than normal.Could that be the cause,or any test to Do?

Dad has hemoglobin 9.5 hematocrit 28, MCV 106 and RBC 2.7 mil. Wbc, platelets , kidney, liver, vitam are normal. He got maltofer pill, RBC up. Why anemia?
My haptoglobin level is elevated, at 2.65 g/L (ref. 0.17-2.00). Is this in and of itself a cause for concern (e.g. cancer)? I have also been experiencing low iron/hemoglobin/hematocrit for some time. Kidney/liver function normal. GI tract is clear.
