A member asked:

Mild mitral regurgitation, trace tricuspid regurgitation, other specified cardiac arrhythmia svts, bradycardia, tachycardia. what is the treatment. having symptoms on presyncope, fatigue, lightheaded, over all malaise?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unless underestimated, mild mitral and trace tricuspid regurgitation cannot explain your symptoms which are suggestive of Brady- tachyarrhythmia syndrome which probably explains your symptoms(strongly such as presyncope, lightheadedness etc. Recommend that you seek evaluation by an electrophysiologist who can delve into your symptoms and ECG tracings. Do not put it off.
