Low blood pressure with bouts of presyncope can to the results of several health issues. Many of which are not related to the heart . There are blood volume issues, hormone issues, neurological issues. low blood sugar and psychogenic reasons . I would say that this condition should be considered by your primary care doctor

Not clear to me how the rhythm is considered "not irregular" if you have PAC, PVC. Do the episodes of low blood pressure occur while you have tachycardia or bradycardia? While your symptoms may not be alarming, they do need some form of treatment. I would arrange for a meeting with your eletrophysiologist for a detailed discussion. If you are dissatisfied, another opinion is clearly appropriate.
