Equivocal study. Due to incomplete prep and lack of visualization of significant portions of the bowel your study was non diagnostic. Irritable bowel remains in the differential diagnosis as inflammatory bowel with no enough evidence or information to support diagnosis. Follow up with your gastroenterologist will be critical in order to have diagnosis and possibly treatment clarified.
