If you are eating a mixed diet, there is no need for taking extra vitamins. 164 mg of fatty acids is a trivial amount and is not likely to have any effect, positive or negative, on your health. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
