Is it safe and healthy to take a womans multivitamin, omega-3 and magnesium all in one day in one sitting? is it too much nourishment? these are gummy vitamins.

Very safe: This is totally safe, "Too much nourishment" is not a problem.
However, while the multivitamin and Omega-3 are best after a meal, magnesium is better absorbed on an empty stomach and may be best to take in the evening as it tends to be relaxing.
