Continue vitamins.: I would attribute the hair loss to stress. Look at the container listed on the vitamins to see the percentage of daily requirements to be certain not to exceed the recommended daily requirements. Remember that Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble. The B vitamins are water soluble and the excess is excreted in the urine. Calcium should not cause hair loss.

Depends on your diet: If you consume daily calcium rich diet ( yogurt , cottage cheese, almonds ..) and you not post menopausal - it’s enough . After menopause add 500 mg Calcium may be ok.Excess of calcium can contribute to class constipation and coronary calcification.Balance diet and regular exercise is important. See your doc for physical .
