Likely yes; however: There is no harm in taking them together; however, b vitamins are commonly nauseating. This may increase the "repeat" (burping up the taste) of the omega oils. I would suggest taking the them at different times to prevent nausea. Several smaller doses make the vitamin available throughout the day. Take the oils at bedtime to minimize tasting repeat if it does occur.

Probably: It would be better just to eat a healthy diet that is rich in omega 3...Probably a lot cheaper and better for you. Always check with your family doc about any supplements that you take to be sure that it is right for your unique health concerns...
