I have foraminal stenosis and severe bilateral nerve root compression at l5 from grade 2 spondylolisthesis. recently ive developed buzzing/vibration feelings in my calves, ankles, and feet. could these weird sensations be from nerve compression?

I too would agree that what is occurring might well be all due to the low back pathology. An EMG/ NCS could elucidate specific nerve root involvement which might lead to management intervention. Also, you might consider testing for ankylosing spondylitis if not previously done.
