Burning sensation down frontboth legs, mostly left. left foot tingles in certain area when touched.hx of bilateral forminal stenosis,bulging disc l4,herniated disc l5 s1. no diabetes. started 2 days ago. f/u with neuromuscular if gets worse. any idea?

1) Good PT evaluation 2) MRI of the lumbar Spine 3) Referral to a Good Neuro Surgeon 4) Use of medication (Prescription or Non-Prescription) , manipulation, is not a cure , but to help alleviate some discomfort for a little while. 5) Neuro Surgery is not the ultimate cure, but more permanent , than # 4

Sounds like the L5 nerve is getting irritated by the herniated L5 disc. See your doctor to get proper treatment in order to avoid permanent nerve damage.
