Depends: Grade I L5S1 spondylolisthesis and bilateral foraminal stenosis- no intervention needed if no referable symptoms. Otherwise, physical exam including neurologic function to rule out neurologic deficits. With no referable significant deficit, physical therapy is usually a good start.
