On the right side just below my rib i feel this bulge every now and then. sometimes it gets bigger then smaller. its not painful but can be uncomfortable. can it be trapped gas on my right side? i do have ibs and gastritis. is it caused by them?

An exam with your doctor would be the best way to answer this question. But yes it could be gas and intestinal in origin.
