Or cardiac: kindly see your doctor to rule out as well cardiac cause for your symptoms, although bit rare for your age and gender, however it needs to be ruled out, given the description, comes next is still GERD, take whatever is prescribed for this condition or use OTC antacid / PPI regularly though, and read the labels carefully, till you see your doctor, wish you well
