With fever gone, the CRP is slow to return to normal. You can start to exercise slowly, for less time and intensity than before. Like half of what you did before or less if you get short of breath or have unusual pain. Then slowly work your way back up to your normal exercise routine over the next 7 to 10 days. Good Luck!

You may resume exercise at reduced intensity and as tolerated. Gradually increase the time and intensity over the next couple of weeks. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
