How long does a cold last? i have had a stuffy nose for three days now. feeling a little better better and no fever but still sneezing. i used a saline nasal spray and flonase but it just clogs my nose up worse.

Using too many things in the nose too often can cause a rebound congestion. If your symptoms are uncomfortable or have a temperature greater than 100.5 F more than 3 days, or temperature more than 102 see your doctor. Drink extra water (if you are permitted)
