Infected with covid.. not sure delta or omicron..ct severity index 1/25 & saturation fluctuates between 91-92 spo. crp result 70 mg/l symptoms include: cough. no runny nose or fever. should steroids be administered ?

Steroids are not usually indicated for outpatients with COVID 19 infection unless used for another condition. Discuss a visit with acute care and the need for supplemental oxygen if you worsen, develop labored breathing or shortness of breath, with your physician. Continue to monitor breathing and temperature, rest, drink fluids. A COVID 19 vaccination booster is recommended after recovery.
