Steroids are not usually indicated for outpatients with COVID 19 infection unless used for another condition. Discuss a visit with acute care and the need for supplemental oxygen if you worsen, develop labored breathing or shortness of breath, with your physician. Continue to monitor breathing and temperature, rest, drink fluids. A COVID 19 vaccination booster is recommended after recovery.
