I am having body aches and stuffy nose/ no fever or loss of of taste or smell, but i do have a cough. every year around this time i am diagnosed with upper respiratory infection. what are your suggestions?

Same treatment: If you can get tested for Covid, it would give you a definitive answer. Treatment is symptomatic regardless of whether its a cold or covid. Acetaminophen for fever, body aches and headaches. Nasal decongestant for stuffy nose. Cough meds for a cough. If you develop wheezing or difficulty breathing, consult a Dr for treatment of worsening respiratory infection.
