Yes but it could also be flu (influenza) or Covid-19. Have her checked for prompt diagnosis which allows proper treatment if needed.

Many viral respiratory illnesses around now, including the Flu, COVID-19, RSV and others that we don’t routinely test for. If her symptoms are getting worse or not better, it would make sense to have her checked by her doctor and possibly tested for flu and COVID-19 to know better how long she might be ill. Meanwhile make sure she is drinking fluids and can take fever-reducer med for more comfort.
