Recurrent URI: If your child is attending daycare that is a very good reason for recurrent URI, her elevated neutrophil count is expected as a response to these infections, make sure she is up to date with her immunization & annual flu vaccine, give her vitamins daily & healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits & vegitables. IF this problem continues check back with her pediatrician. Good luck.
