Is rh negative type o worth a lot of you donate and do they make botox out of it?

Worth ? Are you planning on selling it ? No they do not make Botox out of donated blood. Any payment you might receive would depend on the site where you give, whether you pass the screening questionnaire they use to exclude problem donors and other factors. O negative is less common than O positive & may have more value to the site. I would not expect to make much.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Blood donation is an altruistic activity and you should not seek to make money out of it, even if you have a blood type that can be transfused to more people than some other types.
