No: Hopefully in 3 to 4 months things will resolve when the Botox resolves.

Physical therapy: Physical therapy may help while allowing time for the Botox effects to dissipate over a 3-5 month period.

Exercise: Try to do isometric and other neck exercise. It is a good idea to see a physical therapist to learn how to do these exercises properly . All of botox's effects completely disappear after 3 months, but the weakness often gets better after a few weeks, especially with daily exercise.
