Can you continue teaching with dysphonia.im treated with botox every 3 months but it only lasted 7 weeks this time.its interrupting my job "a lot"?

Get evaluated: Some pts develop antibodies to the effect of botox, and other similar preps such as myoblock, may be a better choice. See your doctor asap, and figure out how best to handle this. Good luck.

Dysphonia & Botox: You can continue to teach, but speaking may be difficult and stressful if the dysphonia is very evident. Best to see your treating physician to review your options. Reinjection? +/- speech therapy, etc.
