Called my cardiologist office to report an episode of presyncope. the nurse or receptionist called back and moved my follow up appt up a day but said that my holter and echo tests were marked non-urgent. does that mean they were normal?

Non urgent test results do not mean normal results. Your cardiologist will explain the findings but it seems nothing needs to be done urgently for your problem based on the results.

Findings are not worrisome as life threatening or needing immediate attention for that reason. The main question to ask during the follow up would be if findings, even if benign can explain your symptoms or not.
